Pro Audio Gear including but not limited to:
Harmonicas, recorders, penny whistles, melodicas, and kazoos.
Any accessory product or book with noticeable wear and/or signs of heavy use.
Items purchased using 3rd party financing such as Synchrony Finance.
Ray's Midbell Music believes in providing our customers with a fair and flexible buyback program.
Here’s how it works:
Student level school band instruments
Student instruments that were purchased outright are eligible for a refund of the amount paid less the regular monthly rent for use of the instrument. A minimum of THREE MONTHS payment will be deducted. All fees are based on the instrument's pre-tax amount.
All other instruments and amplifiers
Step-Up band and orchestra, as well as ALL other instruments that were purchased outright are eligible for a refund of the amount paid less a 10% (ten percent) monthly fee for use of the instrument. A minimum of THREE MONTHS fees will be deducted from refund, and all fees are based on the pre-tax amount.
Mouthpieces:
As an exception, we do allow the purchase of 2 mouthpieces with the intent of choosing 1 and returning the other. In this instance, buyback fees are waived on the returned mouthpiece. Shipping & handling is the responsibility of the buyer.

All returns:
When returning an item, please use the products original packaging and boxes to return the merchandise to us. We recommend using FedEx or UPS. For your protection, we recommend insuring the item for your purchase price and retaining the tracking number provided by the shipper.
