If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and the item has no physical or functional damage, you may return it within 20 days for a full refund of your purchase price.

Student level school band instruments
Student instruments that were purchased outright are eligible for a refund of the amount paid less the regular monthly rent for use of the instrument. A minimum of three months payment will be deducted. All fees are based on the instrument's pre-tax amount.
All other instruments and amplifiers
Step-up band and orchestra instruments, as well as all other instruments purchased outright, are eligible for a refund of the amount paid less a 10% monthly fee for use of the instrument. A minimum of three months fees will be deducted from the refund. All fees are based on the pre-tax amount.
Mouthpieces
As an exception, we do allow the purchase of two mouthpieces with the intent of choosing one and returning the other. In this instance, buyback fees are waived on the returned mouthpiece. Shipping and handling is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you find it necessary to return any merchandise, please contact us to receive a return authorization number. All returns are reviewed, and you will receive notice on how to proceed once your return has been approved.
Once you have received your return authorization number from us, please carefully pack your merchandise.
When returning an item, please use the product's original packaging and boxes to return the merchandise to us. We recommend using FedEx or UPS.
For your protection, we recommend insuring the item for your purchase price and retaining the tracking number provided by the shipper.
