If your order qualifies for free shipping, we will ship it at no additional charge using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most orders ship via ground service. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have a shipping charge added at checkout. Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Many Siouxland customers choose our free school delivery service. Orders are delivered by one of our Educational Service Representatives during their regular school visits. Most schools are visited weekly during the school year, although holidays and schedules may occasionally extend delivery times up to two weeks.
Pickup is always free at our Sioux City location. Most online orders are ready within 24 hours and often much sooner.
