We offer several types of delivery options depending on customer preferences and location.
FREE SHIPPING
If item(s) qualify for FREE shipping, we will ship the item at no additional charge via standard shipping carriers. In most cases this will be USPS, UPS, or FedEX. Items will be shipped ‘ground’. Tracking number will be provided upon request if not provided automatically upon order confirmation.
STANDARD SHIPPING
For orders which do not qualify for FREE shipping, a shipping fee will be added to the invoice. Item will ship via standard shipping carriers. Upon request, items will be expedited, and appropriate fee added. Tracking number will be provided upon request if not provided automatically upon order confirmation.
SCHOOL DELIVERY
Many of our Siouxland customers prefer their order to be hand by one of our Education Service Representatives. If this FREE option is chosen, the item will be delivered on the next visit to the chosen school. We visit Siouxland schools weekly during the school year. In some cases, this delivery option may take up to 2 weeks depending holidays and order date.
IN STORE PICKUP
Many Siouxland customers prefer to stop by our physical store at 4230 S Lancelot Ln, Sioux City, IA 51106. In store pickup is also FREE and online orders are usually available for pickup with 24 hours, and often sooner.
