Our state-of-the-art repair facility reflects our commitment to provide quality repairs on all band, orchestral, and fretted instruments. In addition to a large and well-organized central work space, we also have separate rooms for buffing and polishing, spot lacquering, and chemical cleaning. Many parts are stored in-house to ensure our repair process is as efficient as possible.
At Ray's Midbell Music, you can have your instrument fixed without having to even walk through our doors. Our Educational Service Representatives make regular stops throughout Siouxland every week. We'll pick up your instrument from your music instructor, and after the repair we'll deliver it right back along with any accessories or books you may need. Did we mention this service is free?!
Our technicians will provide you with a free estimate of repairs needed before beginning any work on your instrument to ensure there are no surprise costs.

Thanks for your continued great service to schools all around the area. Last night I brought my personal horn in on short notice and Kaiti knocked it out of the park! My trumpet played better than it has in months!
Brian Cole, Band Director, South Obrien Schools
After performing with Sheryl Crow in Vail last night, I noticed my third valve was broken. I looked up Midbell by referral and told Whitney my issue. Under an hour later, the horn was fixed. Better yet, all valves worked better than before! Much love & appreciation
Ephraim Owens, Musician w/ Sheryl Crow
Whitney Turner is by far the best instrument repair person I have ever used in 60 years of playing. She is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of instrument repair for all instruments. No one else will repair my personal horns!
